I originally went to Freyja looking for more information on laser hair removal and was won over by their professionalism and service. I ended up following a full course of treatment and the lady who did it for the entire course was amazingly friendly, chatty and generally just a laugh even when I was getting lasered. The reception staff and others that I encountered were also all friendly and super helpful, even when I needed to reschedule they were always willing to work around me. This level of service led to me also getting minor surgery with Freyja to have a cyst removed on my back and the service was the same. Friendly and professional, we even had a laugh during the operation (I was under local anaesthetic, I wasn’t hallucinating). I highly highly highly recommended Freyja and wish that I could have found them earlier, before I moved to another country, so that I could have used them more.

As always, I can not fault the service I receive at Freyja Medical. I have had botox, fillers and more recently Plexr treatment to remove pigmented lesions and give me a non-surgical eyelift. I can already see a difference but Dr Dean has advised me I will not see the full effect for 8-12 weeks. Dr Dean is so thorough and professional, I have total confidence in him and have been absolutely delighted with the treatments I have had so far.
